How do I join?
Create a profile on either the CQRewards.com website or on the new CQ Hotels mobile app. To get the app, visit CQapp.com, download on the App Store, or get it on Google Play.
Is the CQ Rewards program open to all guests of Club Quarters Hotels?
How are points calculated?
No difficult calculations to work out, no hoops to jump through. CQ Rewards points are awarded per qualifying stay. 1 stay equals 10 points.
What is a qualifying stay?
A stay is defined as the total number of consecutive nights spent at one hotel, regardless of the number of check-ins or check-outs. A qualifying stay is one that is booked directly with Club Quarters Hotels or one of our partner hotels. This includes all member rates (daily, weekend, 30 day, Corporate Apartments), group rates, government, Best Available and other public rates. Airline crew rates, モNight on the Houseヤ reward rates, and all rates booked through a third party (i.e. online travel agencies) do not qualify for points. Just make sure to include your CQ Rewards loyalty number when booking and that the name on the reservation matches theᅠname on your loyalty profile, to ease in receiving your CQ Rewards points.
How long will it take for points to show up in my profile?
Points will show up in your profile within 48 hours of your last check-out as long as you’ve included your CQ Rewards number in your reservation at the time of booking, or upon check-in.ᅠ
What if I forget to include my CQ Rewards loyalty number in my reservation?
Before check-in:

During your stay:
Stop by the front desk and ask them to add your loyalty number to your reservation
After check-out:
Visit CQRewards.com, log in to your profile, and click the “Add a Qualifying Stay” link. You will need your reservation number and the location in which you stayed.
Can I get credit for a stay prior to enrolling in CQ Rewards?
You may add qualifying stays that occurred up to 30 days prior to enrolling in CQ Rewards. Visit CQRewards.com, log in to your profile, and click the “Add a Qualifying Stay” link. You will need your reservation number and the location in which you stayed.
Do points expire?
Unredeemed points will expire on a rolling 12 months basis from the day you earned the points, which is the departure date of the stay.
Are points transferable?
No, points are not transferable.
Are rewards transferable?
We’ll send the reward to the email address on file. From there, it is up to you whether you use the reward yourself or gift it to someone else.
How long will it take to receive my reward after I redeem points?ᅠ
Rewards are processed and fulfilled immediately upon redemption. All rewards will be sent to the email address on file. It may take a few minutes before you receive the reward email. If you haven’t received an email after 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
What happened to my Gold Rewards points?
Your Gold Rewards points were converted to CQ Rewards points (x10) and are still available in your account to redeem.
Why the change from 1 point per stay to 10 points per stay?
10 points per stay gives us the flexibility to offer extra points from time to time for stays, things like downloading the CQ Hotels app, or just because.
